Starting in the 1950’s and for many decades after, Paul E. Engle, Jr. and his wife, Wilkie Adams Engle of Jackson, Mississippi successfully operated Engle Acoustic & Tile, a commercial interiors contractor.  Eventually, many of the people mentored by Mr. and Mrs. Engle, founded their own successful firms which was always a matter of great pride for them.

In 1999, Mr. and Mrs. Engle formed Mayrant & Associates, LLC as a general commercial contractor.  To this day the company has thrived by specializing in new construction and renovation projects. They have also secured a niche in the historical renovation of public buildings.  

An experienced team, long term relationships with well-established sub-contractors and quality craftmanship has enabled Mayrant to maintain a reputation for finishing jobs on time and on budget.

The company is now being led by the second generation under the leadership of their daughter,   Wilkie B. Engle, as Chief Executive Officer along with John McIlwain as President and Nick Kaminer as Chief Estimator.
